Homemade Face Mask Recipes

Sometimes it is the little and simple things that make the most difference. The same goes for our skin. We do not always have to spend a lot of money to get skin that glows. Simple homemade face masks also do wonders for the skin. And this is something that I have personally experienced. So here, I ll talk about face masks that you can make by using ingredients that are easily available in your kitchen.
Let us take a look at some of these.
Curd and Lemon Mask: A simple concoction of 1 tablespoon of curd mixed with some lemon juice works really well to remove tan and dead skin from the face. Apply this mask all over your face, and keep for 20 minutes. Remove it by washing your face with cold water. You will see that the face looks noticeably cleaner, fresher and sparkly. This is really suited for those who have oily skin. However, if your skin is sensitive then you might want to stay away from this mask. You can however use the next one.
Milk and Honey Mask: If glow and radiance is what you want, then this face mask is definitely for you. Milk and honey are natural skin enhancers that lend a glow to your face. The ratio of honey should be more than the milk, so that the pack does not drip away from your face. Wash your face gently after 15 minutes.
The Egg Mask: Yes, this might sound a bit “yucky”, but it definitely is better than spending thousands on botox treatments! The egg white is very good for tightening the skin. So this face pack is a very effective anti-aging mask. Beat the egg white well, and apply it evenly on your face with a brush. Keep it for 15 minutes and wash off.
With these homemade masks, you will see your skin look healthier, smoother and more supple. And you don’t even have to spend big bucks!
