Skin care - The magic of fruits!

We all know that the consumption of fruits is really beneficial for our health, at the same time they are also very good for the skin. You can take advantage of and enjoy the magic that fruits can give you. It is not a hard thing to accept because fruits contain minerals and vitamins which are good for the body, and whatever is good for the body is usually also good for the skin. So, why not we take advantage of nature which has unselfishly provided us with vitamins and minerals in abundance in the form of fruits! Break out the paper towels and the mixing bowl and let’s see how we can incorporate fruits in our daily skin care routine.

Apples – The squeezed out juice of apples mixed with one teaspoon of lime juice can be very good for countering oily skin. The apple peel can also be a very effective skin cleanser.

Avocado - They are good natural moisturizers. Mash about half a cup of avocado and just leave it on the skin for about 15 minutes. Then rinse it off with cold water. It is good for dry skin.

Tangerine - For those people who want to enjoy a glowing skin, adding tangerine to the skin on a daily basis can be extremely beneficial. Squeeze out the juice and apply it on the neck and face portion. By doing this twice a week, you will have beautiful and glowing skin.

Watermelon - Applying water melon juice on the face and neck can effectively remove the unsightly blemishes that are present on the skin. After applying, leave it for 15 minutes then rinse off with warm water followed by a splash of cold water. Do it regularly and you will have supple and radiant skin.
