There is an insidious disease which almost everyone suffers from, at some point or another. Buying expensive topical creams are not always effective. By making some simple changes in your lifestyle, you can prevent acne from ever appearing on your body. After all, prevention is certainly better than cure.
The primary thing that you should do on a regular basis is to keep yourself clean. Sleeping properly is also a crucial factor in maintaining the healthiness of your skin.
If you wear very tight clothes that make you precipitate much then you should avoid them. Try wearing soft cotton clothes that make you feel light and cool.
Healthy make up is also important to prevent acne. Always clean your brush or other equipment before using them for make-up. Just like you keep your home or workplace is kept clean with office cleaning supplies, similarly you should see that your make up brushes are also cleaned after frequent intervals. Moreover use a good quality cleanser to clean your face. Never go to bed with your make up on.
