<p>I haven&rsquo;t done it lately, but a few years back I use to make my own soap. I had such a blast doing it to. I made all sorts of different kinds of soaps such as herbal soaps, essential oil soaps, goat milk soap and medicinal soap. </p>
<p>My favorite was the lavender essential oil soap. It was very easy to make. Take a block of soap and shave some off of it, melt it in the microwave, pour into soap <span id="more-619"></span>mold and add the oil. Then I would spritz the top of it with rubbing alcohol to take the bubbles out and allow it to sit for 30 minutes to set. </p>
<p>My bathroom would be filled with all sorts of nice smelling soaps. A bar of tea tree oil soap was great for skin irritations. Chamomile soap would help me settle for the night and relax and lavender would lull me to sleep. It was amazing how many different types of soaps I could come up with. </p>
<p>I eventually built myself a Website and began selling my soaps. I didn&rsquo;t make a million dollars off of it, but I definitely made a few sales a week and it was a total blast having my own store. I eventually branched out to selling essential oils, incense and candles. I even made my own candles as well. It was a great little hobby that made some money on the side.</p>
<p>I stopped doing it because my life got a bit busy with kids and a job, however, I have been seriously thinking about starting it up again. I&rsquo;m not sure how much time I can spend doing it, but it would definitely be fun to get back into it. Maybe I might even consider setting up another webstore and sell my soap like old times. </p>
<p>Another thing, there is this website that I would really like to tell you all about, it is written by <a href="http://www.eniginpartner.com/">Paul Welton at Enigin</a>, and has some really great posts about energy savings, it is well worth a read! </p>

This is really suited for those who have oily skin. However, if your skin is sensitive then you might want to stay away from this mask. You can however use the next one.</p>
<p>Milk and Honey Mask: If glow and radiance is what you want, then this face mask is definitely for you. Milk and honey are natural skin enhancers that lend a glow to your face. The ratio of honey should be more than the milk, so that the pack does not drip away from your face. Wash your face gently after 15 minutes. </p>

<p>Herbs have been used for centuries for healthy hair. Three of the most popular herbs are:</p>
<p>Sage: This herb is <span id="more-324"></span>often used for oily hair, dandruff and other scalp irritations. It restores your hair to it&rsquo;s natural condition.</p>
<p>Rosemary: This herb nourishes a dry, flaky scalp. This is the herb you will want to use to help cure dandruff.</p>
<p>Chamomile: This herb enhances new hair follicle growth and prevents <a href="http://www.courthouseclinics.com/hair-loss-treatments">hair loss</a>.</p>
<p>Other herbs that are good for healthy hair are Nettles, Aloe, Birch, Parsley, Arnica and Horsetail.</p>
<p>Natural Hair Remedies</p>
<p>You can make your own natural remedies by using products straight from your kitchen. For instance, mix 3 eggs with a couple tablespoons of olive oil to treat damaged hair. Apply to hair, wrap with a towel or plastic cap and leave on for about 30 minutes. Shampoo out.</p>
<p>Mixing avocado and banana is another natural remedy used to condition hair and prevent the drying out of hair cuticles. Mix together, spread evenly through hair and leave on for about an hour. Shampoo out.</p>
<p>When all else fails nothing moisturizes hair better than mayonnaise. Rub a tablespoon of regular Mayo in your scalp and hair locks and cover with a plastic cap. Leave on for 30 minutes and shampoo out.</p>
<p>These are just some of many different natural remedies you can use to maintain healthy hair. They are inexpensive and work just as well as some of the hair products you find out there.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&rsquo;ve just been flicking through photographs of Gwyneth Paltrow braving it in a tiny mini dress black jacket and bare legs at the Iron Man premiere this week. </p>
<p>At the risk of sounding like a total girl, yes, I am loving the shoes- Simple, classic black with a rounded cutesy toe thing going on there and enormous kudos to her for braving a red carpet situation in heels which wouldn&rsquo;t look out of place in the Chinese State circus. But <span id="more-191"></span>isn&rsquo;t this woman, like, 15 feet tall just in flat shoes alone or something? And I think I read somewhere that the heels were at least 10 feet high so&ndash; Wow. She must have blocked out the sun. </p>
